1. Scope of Application
    1. These General Terms and Conditions exclusively govern the registration for and participation at Asia Pacific Pain Symposium (APPS) 2026.
    2. A contractual relationship governed by these terms and conditions is entered into between Asia Pacific Pain Symposium (APPS) 2026, organised by Chula Pain Management (TIMPs) and Vision Interventional Pain Symposium (VIPS) (hereinafter referred to as “APPS 2026”), and the participant of APPS 2026 (hereinafter referred to as “the participant”).
    3. Any contractual or legal declarations of the participant deviating from these general terms and conditions shall not be part of the contract between APPS 2026 and the participant.
  2. Registration & Refund/Cancellation Policy
    • 2.1 Participants who complete registration and full payment by 30 November 2025 at 23:59 (Thailand time) will be eligible for the Early Bird rate.
    • 2.2 Registrations and payments received after this deadline will be charged at the standard rate.
    • 2.3 Registration will not be confirmed unless the completed registration form is submitted via the website and full payment has been received.
    • 2.4 A confirmation email from the organiser will be sent upon receipt of the completed registration and full payment.

      The participant must provide their full name and order number as a reference on the bank transfer document. Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the participant.
    • 2.6 Payment by cheque or credit card is not accepted.
  3. Cancellation policy
    • 3.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing to APPS2026.info@gmail.com. in the form of an official letter, stating the registrant’s full name, the reason for the refund request, and proof of payment attached.
    • 3.2 Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
      • Cancellations submitted on or before 31 December 2025 will be eligible for a 90% refund.
      • Cancellations submitted between 1–31 January 2026 will be eligible for a 70% refund.
      • Cancellations submitted between 1–29 February 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund
      • Cancellations after 29 February 2026 are non-refundable.
    • 3.3 All applicable bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • 3.4 Once a receipt has been issued, no refund will be granted under any circumstances.
    • 3.5 Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the event.
  4. Photography/Videography Disclosure
    As a registered participant, you agree to grant permission for Asia Pacific Pain Symposium (APPS) 2026 to use your likeness in a photograph or video in any and all of its publications and presentations, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration; to authorize APPS 2026 to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the photograph or video for purposes of publicizing APPS programs or for any other lawful purpose; and to waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein your likeness appears. These materials will become the property of APPS 2026.
  5. Privacy Policy:
    The organizing committee requests permission to collect your personal information solely for use in the academic conference, APPS2026, including communication related to the conference. Rest assured, the organizing team is committed to keeping your information secure and preventing any unauthorized disclosure, which could potentially cause inconvenience or trouble for you.
